Suburban Bliss

Affectionately termed as the 'Rochedale Reno', this was our first home we bought together before our Block experience. So naturally, this was a project very close to our hearts.

Although it sits in stark contrast to our luxury Block apartment, it is no less important as this suburban project showcases simple, cost effective ways to increase property value and get more 'bang-for-your-buck'. Ideal to use as inspiration for those just wanting to freshen up a space or for those wanting to renovate for the rental market (as we did!).
